SMG’s worldwide network of offices and highly motivated in-house personnel enable us to organize 24/7 services according to our clients’ needs.

Our multinational structure allows us to manage projects across several offices, working continuously throughout the day and night. Translation deliveries, interpretation services, and project planning on Saturdays, Sundays, and during holiday periods are all part of the service, and we are set up to support you.

Urgent work and meeting deadlines

Meeting deadlines and handling large volumes of urgent translation work, even more than 100 pages a day, is made possible by:

• Worldwide locations: we have offices across multiple time zones, allowing us to manage texts 24 hours a day.
• Our own personnel: our PMs are permanent employees, while our translators include both permanent employees and collaborators who work with SMG Languages on a preferential basis. This ensures greater control over human resources, facilitating training and awareness.
• The progress of translation work is continuously monitored by our PMs using specific software developed in-house. One of our PMs will oversee every stage of the translation process and can provide progress updates at any time. They will also plan measures to address any unforeseen events, giving you peace of mind.
• Replacement professionals with equivalent skills are ready to step in if those originally assigned become unavailable.
