We follow a ‘policy of excellence’. Our translation services are provided by native-speaking interpreters, translators and editors with qualifications and experience in the relevant field. We draw on a pool of specialist linguists, doctors and researchers to ensure the highest possible compliance with applicable sector standards.
The Technical and Scientific Translation Department works closely with our Language Research Institute (CRL), a specialist institute established specifically to study developments in scientific language. This collaboration enables us to translate specialist and informative scientific texts while preserving correct terminology and the style and presentation of the original text.
We provide translations in chemistry, biology, veterinary science and physics, including for large-scale projects. For such projects, specialist glossaries help ensure consistent terminology throughout each project. We can also archive translations in our Electronic Memory System, allowing us to avoid retranslating unchanged text when information is added or future modifications are made.
