THE COMMITMENT OF SMG TO THE ORGANISATION OF INTERNATIONAL EVENTS FOR THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND COMPANIES CONTINUES
Milan, October 2015.
The annual meeting between audit authorities, the European Commission and IGRUE, held at Palazzo Lombardia on 21st and 22nd October and wholly managed by our company, successfully concluded.
As in previous years, regulatory authorities for project development and the use of funds in the frame of Regional Operational Programmes (ROPs) and of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) met to analyse the results of the closure of the programming period 2007-2013 and consequently to forecast the measures to be undertaken for the next period 2014-2020.
The torch has been handed from the Sardinia Region, which hosted last year’s meeting, to the Lombardy Region, which was chosen as the host institution during the year of Expo 2015.
SMG was entrusted with organising and managing all the steps involved in the event: from organising secretariat for the registration and management of the participants, to the setting up of the conference room; from the preparation of the graphics for the corporate communication (invitations, posters, slides, etc.) to catering for the buffet and gala dinner, all the way to the management of the visit to Expo 2015, icing on the cake to celebrate the completion of the work on the afternoon of 22nd.
The successful management of the event in Milan is a significant confirmation of the quality of our company in the management of major institutional events for the public administration and for large companies.
